Where mission, experience and passion meet.

Supporting Central Alberta producers for over 40 years, our roots run deep — and we’re excited to meet you.

From the field to the boardroom, you’ll be working directly with producers, sponsors and industry giants.

Each season brings new challenges, solutions, questions and answers, as well as new perspectives.
Applied Research Associations (ARAs) like CAFLA support farmers all around the province. Our responsibility is to provide a continuous cycle of information transfer and ongoing advocacy for new (or best) practices in production, regenerative ag and innovation, so every farmer, rancher and producer has the resources they need to make informed decisions on and off the field.
Our team plays a vital role in this undertaking for the Central Alberta region. From summer students to administrative and leadership positions, we are always looking for enthusiastic, resourceful, and passionate individuals who are ready to be a part of Alberta agriculture.
We’re always looking for great folks to work with, so feel free to connect with us even if we have no active listings.
