CAFLA Annual General Meeting & Dinner

Members and friends of CAFLA are welcome to attend our Annual General Meeting and dinner! Join us for a $65 prime rib dinner, entertainment, and a celebration of another great year.

Doors open at 3:30PM

As a member, you are the heart of CAFLA. Active participation in governance ensures the association remains responsive, relevant, and forward-thinking. When you engage in the AGM, you’re not just attending a meeting — you’re helping guide the direction of local agriculture research, extension, and innovation. Make your voice count. Support our industry. Join us at the AGM. You don’t have to be a member to attend the AGM, however only members with current membership are eligible to vote.

Cocktail Hour at 5PM

Whether you are joining us for the AGM, just dinner or both, this is a perfect opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues. Cash bar will be open.

Dinner at 6PM

Please join us for a prime rib dinner, catered by one of our own members, Tom Jackson and his Kodiak BBQ crew. If you’ve been to one of our recent dinners, you know you don’t want to miss this! We are looking forward to welcoming you at the Rimbey Riverside Retreat for a fun and casual dinner with your spouse and friends. You don’t have to be a member to attend the event.
